The Great Escape

July 13, 2010 by A Husky Life 1 Comment

It happens at every zoo, at some more than once. If it hasn’t happened yet, just wait: it WILL. A tiger here a snake there….an octopus somewhere else.

At the urban zoo it was Theodore. He made a failed attempt a couple of months ago, but after some minor revisions and  adjustments to the plan he tried again and OH SWEET FREEDOM HERE I COME.  Sweet freedom, but what to do with it?

They'll never see me behind the desk...

Busted!
Maybe if I'm very very still...

Theodore is relatively tame of a miniature gecko…so we let him enjoy his adventure for a bit and once he got all settled and comfortable on a picture frame, into the terrarium he went.
